’I don’t get notified about calls unless my TalentLynk window or tab is active on my desktop’

This might happen due to your browser putting the TalentLynk app to sleep to save memory if you have too many other tabs or programs opened. To prevent it from happening follow the steps below.

For Chrome

  • type chrome://settings/performance in the address bar

  • under General > Always keep these sites active click Add

  • select app.talentlynk.ai

For Edge

  • type edge://settings/system/managePerformance in the address bar

  • under Never put these sites to sleep, click Add site

  • type in app.talentlynk.ai and Add
