Call Monitoring lets admins and managers listen, whisper, or join live calls to support coaching and live assistance.

Important notes

  • Call Monitoring is enabled for Admins and Managers by default.

  • If youโ€™d like regular users to have access, contact your Account Manager to enable it.


How to monitor a live call

  1. Go to Home to open the Dashboard

  2. Find the teammate who is on a call (they will show as Amber / busy)

  3. Click the call monitoring icon next to their status

Youโ€™ll see 3 options:

  • Listen โ€” hear both sides of the live call

  • Whisper โ€” speak privately to your teammate (the external contact canโ€™t hear you)

  • Join (Barge) โ€” join the call as an active participant

Select Listen, Whisper, or Join

The dialler will open and your session will begin

To exit, click the red end button.

โœ… Your monitoring session ends automatically if either of the original call participants hangs up.
