While we are working on a native multi-party conferencing feature, you can create simple conference-style calls using the steps below. This allows two (or more) teammates to join the same ongoing call and speak with the other participants.
This is useful in various scenarios as:
You want a colleague to join a live call and talk with your contact.
You need a quick multi-way conversation without setting up anything extra.
Step-by-step: create a conference-style call
In this example, Emma starts a call with a candidate and wants you to join.
Emma calls the candidate from TalentLynk (as usual).
Open the TalentLynk Dashboard
You go to the TL Dashboard:
https://app.talentlynk.ai/
Find the teammate who is on the call
In the table, look for Emma.
When Emma is on a call, the phone icon next to her name turns yellow 🟡 (showing she’s currently in a call).
Join the ongoing call
Click the yellow phone icon next to Emma’s name.
From the options that appear, select “Join”.
✅ You’re now in a conference-style call
You can hear Emma and the external caller.
You can talk back and be heard by everyone on the call.
You can repeat this for other teammates if needed, as long as they also join via the yellow phone icon.
Things to keep in mind 💡
This is a workaround, not a fully-fledged conferencing feature.
All participants must be logged into TalentLynk and have the monitoring permissions enabled.
Calls are still person-to-person, manually dialled – the “Join” option simply lets another recruiter jump into an existing call.
Once the person that started the call hangs up, the call ends for everyone.
