The error you'll see
Unable to process request due to missing initial state. This may happen if browser sessionStorage is inaccessible or accidentally cleared. Some specific scenarios are - 1) Using IDP-Initiated SAML SSO. 2) Using signInWithRedirect in a storage-partitioned browser environment.
This can happen when you've changed mobile phones or the mobile app sign-in session gets stuck or is cleared while TalentLynk is redirecting you through Google or Microsoft.
How to fix it
Reinstall the TalentLynk mobile app.
Delete the TalentLynk app from your phone.
Reinstall TalentLynk from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app again.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft.
Make sure you sign in using the same provider you normally use for work email.
