Open the Mobile App setup page on your laptop and carefully follow the steps from the registration page.
You can access the page through this link or from your TalentLynk desktop app β Settings β Mobile App (under Your Integrations)
β Once complete, your mobile setup is finished and any inbound calls will ring your mobile as well.
Account already registered
If you see a message saying "Mobile number already registered", it means the number you entered is already registered in our system and you can continue logging into the CSO app using that number.
Login issues
Only login to the CSO mobile app using your device's phone number that you registered in the first step. Logging in with an email and password will not work!
If you don't see the phone number login option in the CSO app, uninstall it from your phone (remove any data if asked), reinstall it and follow the registration steps on your laptop.
