Open the relevant contact
Sort by Phonecalls
You’ll see each call listed with:
Call details (number, date/time, duration)
Play recording button
A call Action tag (dropdown)
AI Summary button
Tag the call (Action)
To keep reporting clean, tag the call with the right action type (these are pulled from your CRM).
Open the call
Click the Action dropdown
Choose the correct option (examples you may see):
Note Update
Sent SMS
Interview Note
Outbound
Left Voicemail
Outgoing Phone Call
✅ This ensures the call is tracked correctly inside your CRM.
Generate the transcript + AI Summary
On the call, click AI Summary
TalentLynk generates:
A Call Transcript (word-for-word, split by speaker)
An AI Call Summary including Tone, Main points, and Action items

What gets saved back to your CRM
Once you generate the AI Summary, TalentLynk logs the call to your CRM as an activity/note, including:
Call date/time and duration
A link to Listen to call recording
The TalentLynk AI Summary (Tone, Main points, Action items)
