📊 Reports & Call Logs

Use Reports to track activity KPIs across calls and messaging (SMS, WhatsApp and Email). Use Call Logs to drill into individual calls, search by contact, replay recordings, and access transcripts / AI notes.

Reports (KPIs)

  1. In TalentLynk, click Reports (left-hand menu)

  2. You’ll land on the Activity tab

Here you can see KPIs such as:

  • Inbound calls, Outbound calls, Total calls

  • Missed and No answer

  • Transcription usage + number of AI Summaries

  • Messaging volume across SMS / WhatsApp / Email (inbound + outbound)


Filter by date range

Use Reporting period to switch between different dates or a custom period.

Filter by team

Use the Teams filter to view KPIs for a specific team (or all teams).

Note: If you’re not an admin/manager, you’ll only see your own KPIs.


Call Logs (Drill into calls)

  1. In Reports, click the Call Logs tab

  2. Use filters to narrow results, including:

    • Reporting period

    • Direction

    • Status

    • Teams / Teammates

    • Search by contact

    • Minimum call duration

What you can do from Call Logs

For each call, you can:

  • Play recording

  • Click Smart Actions to create / view:

    • AI Summary

    • Transcripts

    • Any available automations (if enabled)

✅ Useful for reporting, performance tracking, and coaching/1:1s.


Exporting Reports

You can export Reports/Call Logs for sharing by using the export options (e.g. PDF).
