If your audio still isn’t working properly:
Check your laptop sound settings to confirm your headset is selected for Input and Output
In Windows, you may need to use Volume Mixer to set audio devices specifically for Chrome / Edge

If a call sounds poor with only one contact, it may be their signal — try a test call with someone else
If you use a Bluetooth headset, make sure it’s connected only to your laptop (not your phone as well)
