If your audio still isn’t working properly:

  • Check your laptop sound settings to confirm your headset is selected for Input and Output

  • In Windows, you may need to use Volume Mixer to set audio devices specifically for Chrome / Edge

  • If a call sounds poor with only one contact, it may be their signal — try a test call with someone else

  • If you use a Bluetooth headset, make sure it’s connected only to your laptop (not your phone as well)
