Press click-to-call to open a new tab (or use the tab that was already open)

Click the 3 dots on the top right corner of your browser

- Chrome: select Cast, save and share &gt; Open in {TalentLynk} 
- Edge: select More Tools &gt; Apps &gt; Open in {TalentLynk}

- Close the desktop app completely
- Press click-to-call to open a new tab (or use the tab that was already open)
- Click the 3 dots on the top right corner of your browser
 - Chrome: select Cast, save and share &gt; Open in {TalentLynk} 
 - Edge: select More Tools &gt; Apps &gt; Open in {TalentLynk}

This will close the tab and re-open the TalentLynk desktop app, future calls will start directly in the desktop app.

Your TalentLynk click-to-call extension and desktop app might get out of sync. Please follow the guide:
