You’ll land on the Dashboard
What you can see at the top
Across the team, the Dashboard shows:
Who is live on the phone
Inbound and Outbound calls
Total call time
Messaging activity across external contacts (SMS / WhatsApp / Email)
If your account has multiple teams, you can use the Teams filter to view activity for a specific team.
View individual performance
Scroll down to see a breakdown per user, including:
Phone call metrics
Messaging activity (SMS / WhatsApp / Email)
User status colours
Green = Available
Orange = Busy / on a call
Red = Away
✅ This is especially useful when deciding who to transfer calls to (covered in a separate guide).
Note
The Dashboard shows daily activity only (today’s performance and live status).
