Where to find AI Suggested Replies
Open any conversation (Email, WhatsApp or SMS)
Scroll to the message text box
Click the AI Assistant icon, next to the channel selector (e.g. Email),
You’ll see two options:
Suggest next reply
Help me write a message
Option 1: Suggest next reply
Use this when you want a quick reply based on the existing thread.
Click the AI icon
Select Suggest next reply
The AI Assistant generates a message draft using the context of the conversation
Review the draft, then send (or edit before sending)
✅ Best for quick reply or just to keep the conversation moving.
Option 2: Help me write a message
Use this when you want to guide the AI with a specific instruction (like a prompt).
Click the AI icon
Select Help me write a message
Type what you want to achieve (example: “Convince the contact to review more CVs”)
Click Generate message
Review the draft (edit if needed) and send.
TalentLynk will use:
the conversation thread (emails / WhatsApps / SMS)
and any available phone call context
to generate a reply that sounds natural and aligned with your tone.
