What happens in TalentLynk
If the same person exists in your CRM as both a Client Contact and a Candidate, and they share the same phone number, TalentLynk will log the call and AI Summary against only one record.
β Calls (and AI-generated Summary notes) are logged against the contact record you made the call from.
This matches how Bullhorn treats Client Contacts and Candidates as separate profiles, even when they share the same phone number.
How to reassign the call to the other profile
You can reassign the call straight from the conversation where you made it:
Open the conversation where the call appears
Hover over the call card
Click Reassign to another contact (β icon)
Select the correct Contact
β The call (and any AI Summary) will now be associated with the contact you selected.
Important: Make sure the Bullhorn record you want to reassign to has already been pulled into TalentLynk first.
