Schedule a message
Open the Smart Inbox and select a contact.
Choose Email, SMS or WhatsApp, then write your message as normal.
Select the calendar icon beside Send.
Choose when the message should be sent, then select Schedule.
Choose a date, time and time zone
The scheduler opens with tomorrow morning selected. You can choose another date and time, use a quick option such as Tomorrow afternoon or Monday morning, and change the time zone if needed.
Check the “Will send on” time before scheduling. If you choose a different time zone, TalentLynk also shows the equivalent time in your local time zone.
View or cancel a scheduled message
Scheduled messages appear in the conversation immediately with a scheduled status and their planned send time.
To cancel one, select the red calendar icon on the message. If the editor is empty, the cancelled content is restored so you can edit or reschedule it. If you already have a draft, choose whether to keep the message scheduled, discard it, or overwrite your draft with its content.
WhatsApp scheduling limits
Normal WhatsApp text messages can only be scheduled while the contact’s 24-hour reply window is open. To schedule a WhatsApp message for later, use an approved WhatsApp template.

Scheduling is available for email, SMS and WhatsApp messages. Notes cannot be scheduled.
