  • Check you haven’t set yourself to ‘Away’ in the web app or ‘Do Not Disturb’ on the mobile app.

  • Try calling the same contact at least twice and if that fails, try calling an alternative contact to see if it’s just for one specific issue or for everyone.

  • Please try a test call with your mobile app if it’s not working on the web app or vice versa.

  • Ensure your Chrome/Edge is up to date.
