Check you haven’t set yourself to ‘Away’ in the web app or ‘Do Not Disturb’ on the mobile app.
Try calling the same contact at least twice and if that fails, try calling an alternative contact to see if it’s just for one specific issue or for everyone.
Please try a test call with your mobile app if it’s not working on the web app or vice versa.
Ensure your Chrome/Edge is up to date.
