‘My number comes up as Anonymous/Unknown when dialling out’

  • Open your Dialler and click the Settings icon near the bottom. At the top, you are able to change your caller ID to any other number assigned to your account.

  • Alternatively, you can change the caller ID from the Smart Inbox, right hand side, just below the contact name.

  • If you are on mobile, use the TalentLynk mobile app to change the caller ID.
