We only sync emails that you send and receive from contacts already in TalentLynk. We do this to avoid crowding your Smart Inbox with emails that are not relevant to discussions in progress with your candidates or clients. In other words, we do not want to replace your Outlook or Gmail inbox, but simply to make it easier for you to track all conversations with the relevant people in one place.
To send an email, simply select the Email channel in your editor. By default, emails are sent as a reply in the same thread as the last email you had with the contact. To send it as a completely new email (ie. start a new thread), click Edit Subject > New Email.
