‘My emails aren’t syncing with TalentLynk’

We do not sync your entire inbox, only emails with contacts that already exist in TalentLynk. First check that the contact exists by searching their email in https://app.talentlynk.ai/contacts/. You can always import a contact from the CRM using the Click-to-call Chrome extension.

For privacy reasons, we also never sync emails with your work colleagues.
